  1. Open the Gold dashboard. Volume (24h), XAUT share, PAXG share, and supply net are the four KPIs.
  2. XAUT (Tether Gold) dominates volume — it is the lower-fee option used by traders. PAXG (Paxos Gold) is the regulated US option, used more by funds.
  3. Big mint or burn events happen in batches when issuers rebalance reserves — they are not daily signals. If you see a large mint, expect inflow to exchanges within 48h (sellers preparing).
  4. Cross-check the Cross-Chain Whale Pulse Radar — when Gold volume spikes alongside BTC outflows, capital is rotating from BTC into hard-asset-token form.
  5. For long-horizon framing, compare to the Pi Cycle Top chart. Gold spikes near macro tops have historically preceded broader risk-off cycles by 4-8 weeks.
