What is Dinari (dShares)?

Dinari issues 'dShares' — tokenized US equities (TSLA.d, AAPL.d, …) on EVM chains such as Base and Arbitrum, under an SEC-registered transfer-agent model. The EVM counterpart to Solana's xStocks for the same underlying shares.
