Trade fuera de exchange entre dos partes — invisible en order books estándar
¿Qué es OTC (Over-The-Counter)?
Grandes operaciones de bloque (ej. $50M+) arregladas vía OTC desks (Cumberland, Galaxy, Genesis). Liquidación on-chain pero no mueven exchange-flows en datos estándar. Caveat importante para interpretación whale.
